The slippers

Are the MOSSELO characters based on anything?

No. Grumbo, Nomlet and Flump — and every other MOSSELO shape — are our own designs. They are not based on any cartoon, film, game or toy character.

What are the soles made of?

Every product page lists the sole layer by layer, with the material and thickness in millimetres. In short: a memory foam footbed under the lining, an EVA foam midsole (the cloud, marshmallow or heel shape), and a thin TPR outsole with a dotted or wave pattern.

Can I wear them outside?

They are made for indoors. A quick step onto a dry balcony is fine, but plush uppers and foam soles are not made for pavements, rain or gardens.

Do the heeled slippers wobble?

The Arco and Orbi heels are about 5 cm tall and sit directly under your heel bone, with a flat forefoot sole. They walk like a low mule. If you are not used to heels, start with the Orbi Low Scuff, which has a 3 cm half-sphere.

Are the felt teeth safe?

The felt fangs, teeth, horns and ears are soft polyester felt or plush, stitched on. They are not hard parts. Our slippers are adult sizes and are not toys; keep them away from small children who might chew them.

How do I clean them?

Slippers, booties, slides and pouches: spot clean with a damp cloth and a drop of mild detergent, then let them dry at room temperature, away from radiators. Brush plush back into shape when dry. House socks can be machine washed at 30 °C.

Sizes

Why are sizes in pairs, like EU 38–39?

Soft slippers stretch slightly and memory foam shapes itself to your foot, so one paired size fits two whole sizes. Our Size guide lists the foot length for every size.

I am between two sizes.

For closed-back styles and booties, take the larger size if you wear thick socks. For scuffs, mules and slides, take the smaller one.

Prices, currencies and payment

Which currency will I pay in?

You pay in the currency of your delivery country: US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK) or Swedish kronor (SEK). The currency code is always shown next to the price. You can also switch currency in the menu.

Are prices final?

Yes. Prices are final prices; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We do not run sales, discount codes or countdowns — the price you see is the price.

How is my payment protected?

The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card payments are handled by our PCI DSS compliant payment provider: you enter your card number on their secure form and it never reaches or is stored on our servers.

What will my statement show?

The charge appears as MOSSELO on your bank or card statement.

Delivery and returns

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and costs for every country are on our Shipping page.

Can I return a pair that does not fit?

Yes. You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds, or use Withdraw from contract here.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number or use the withdrawal form.
